ST&E is presently beta testing an exciting new feature that our clients and customers may find very helpful. Soon we’ll be able to offer you electronic access to your file here virtually 24/7 thru your internet connection into our database.

You will, once you get a password we will provide, be able to print and/or review title binders, see HUD closing statements, obtain wiring instructions and view any related documents that are being gathered together for the transaction. You can also expect to access loan documents, surveys, payoff quotes, lender instructions, copies of title exceptions and other important paperwork, provided it is pertinent to your part of the transaction.

This will be on a file-by-file basis, so you will have access to a file you are a party to (buyer or seller or refinance borrower) and also if you are an agent or broker or a source of title business such as a Realtor, Lender or Attorney.

Strict confidentiality will be maintained, as is our standard of practice. Your escrow officer will contact you once we have the system tested and in place.
