Southwestern Title’s President Named Underwriting Counsel

Alliant National Title Insurance Company appoints Tim Vigil, President of Southwestern Title and Escrow as their New Mexico Underwriting Counsel. Tim brings with him 34 years experience in real estate law. His hands on experience in the title field and escrow closing adds a dimension to his ability to help work out successful closings with difficult situations.
