Carla Pogemiller has enjoyed a successful career now spanning 25 years in the title and escrow business. She has recently been named Affiliate of the Year by the Santa Fe Association of Realtors for 2008. In addition to her wide-ranging experience in all aspects of escrow activities, Carla also has a strong working relationship with most all of the Santa Fe real estate Attorney community. Carla has held the Agent’s license from the Insurance Division of the State of New Mexico for the past 15 years, and is the consummate Escrow Officer. She has taught numerous professionals in her own industry, plus countless Realtors and Lenders in the process of settlement. She grew up on a horse (near Albuquerque) and was a complete tom-boy in her youth. She is proud of her two grandsons and closely follows their accomplishments as they grow up.
