Diana Pollard has worked in the title industry professionally since 1971 and in Santa Fe since 1973. She is third generation in the industry, beginning with her grandparents in De Baca County, NM. Having begun by searching titles, then typing, she finds Escrow Closing the most fun because she gets to meet everyone, has “social breaks” in her workday and gratitude from the customers for everyone’s hard work. She thrives in the front office part of our business, being the point of contact for clients and customers, representing all of her fellow employees hard at work in the back offices.
