Maria Salazar has played a fundamental role within ST&E’ s operations since the company’s inception. She works closely with the owners, general manager, and other key staff to evaluate performances and help develop the abilities of employees. She develops and reviews policies and procedures and submits her conclusions and suggestions to management. Additionally, she assists closing officers in developing and servicing clients, while maintaining her own book of business as an escrow closer. Her attention to customer service is a strategic component to her success, and she makes clients’ needs a top priority; addressing questions and resolving problems and concerns in a professional and conscientious manner. Maria’s self-directed goal is to continue to train, support and develop staff to reach their potential, which in turn will make the company among the finest in the industry. She brings a dedicated work ethic to her position, and supports the company stance of offering a quality product that is backed by knowledgeable personnel. She enjoys working in her yard with her schnauzers by her side playing with the grass she pulls out.
